Hi, I’m David Bucio Jr. an online fitness coach dedicated to helping busy professionals transform their bodies and achieve their health goals—no matter how packed their schedules are. I specialize in helping you drop body fat, build lean muscle, and create lasting lifestyle changes, all while fitting fitness into your busy life.

With years of doing my own health and fitness fitness research, I’m also currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology, which gives me a deep understanding of human movement and exercise science. This knowledge allows me to design tailored workout and nutrition plans that are both effective and sustainable.

I know firsthand the challenges of balancing a demanding career with personal health, which is why my coaching approach is flexible, results-driven, and designed to work with your schedule.
